Member Spotlight: Abigail Miles, AmeriCorps Instructional Support Team Member

Meet Abigail Miles, currently serving at Greenville Middle School, in the AmeriCorps Instructional Support Team.

1. What motivated you to join AmeriCorps? I joined AmeriCorps to get involved with my new community while gaining experience with the school system. I want to go back to school to become a teacher.

2. What would you like to get out of this service opportunity? I would like to gain experience from assisting teachers and becoming knowledgeable of my community through this service opportunity.

3. What will your service focus on for the 2019-2020 program year? My service focus will be helping students.

4. What are your plans after AmeriCorps? I plan to go back to school and start my journey towards becoming a teacher in the area.
