Alabama Governor’s Emergency Relief Fund

In response to Hurricane Katrina, which struck Alabama on August 29, 2005, Governor Riley signed a proclamation authorizing the establishment of “The Alabama Governor’s Emergency Relief Fund."

The Governor's Office has partnered with the United Ways of Alabama to ensure your gift is tax deductible and the fund will be fully accountable to you, the donor.
